Team "Moldova Insider" included Ukrainian journalist Oxana Podenebesna, Dmitrii Petrenco from Trimetrica, Vitalie Coceban from InfoEra, and ASEM students Dașchevici Ionelia, Ișecov Iulian, and Șonțu Victor. Their project revolved around creating a platform that could integrate journalistic practices with technological advancements to ensure factual and transparent news reporting. The "CodeCrafter" team, mentored by IT4BA director Sergiu Ttutunaru, consisted of ASEM students Șonțu Dan, Ghenciu Elizaveta, Mihai Potorac, Anii Evghenii, Oglașevici Alecandru, Mocanu Constantin, and Stejar Radu. They focused on using data analytics and machine learning to identify misinformation in digital media.

The "TruthBridge-Nistru" hackathon was a platform for IT4BA students to demonstrate their potential in creating meaningful tech solutions for real-world challenges, emphasizing the synergy between technology and journalism.
